As part of a class assignment, Pleasant Hills Junior High 6th grader Estefani Pochcco sent a handwritten business letter to Citi, an international financial conglomerate. At the end of her letter, Miss Pochcco added: “If you happen to have any T-shirts, hats or other ‘cool stuff’ that we could display in our room, that would be awesome.”

Even though Citi CEO Vikram Pandit receives thousands of important requests each week, he knew Miss Pochcco’s note deserved an extra-special response. Mr. Pandit’s Community Development team contacted Zorch, an exclusive supplier of branded merchandise for some of the largest corporations in the world.
Zorch came through in a big way, sending more than 300 pieces of cool stuff -- Citi-branded baseball caps, drawstring backpacks, piggy banks and school kits -- to Pleasant Hills Junior High.
"I was proud that our team was able to respond to Mr. Pandit’s request so quickly, explains Nicole Loftus, Founder & CEO of Zorch. “And, it was truly rewarding to see the photo of Miss Pochcco and her fellow students using the products we provided. Apparently, they enjoyed their swag!"
Lesson learned? No matter what the project entails, organizations of all sizes can rely on Zorch to deliver cool stuff.
